Orilite Life Spaces and/or any other website(s) linked to this website is an online information and communications service provided to you, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any legitimate person who is viewing/browsing the OLS and/or has agreed to avail the Services provided through the OLS by providing the required information while registering on the Orilite Life Spaces. The terms "We", "Us", "Our", "Orilite Life Spaces", "OLS" used in these Terms shall mean Orilite Life Spaces.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of in. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Acceptance to Terms & Condition

Amendment/ Modification of Terms/ Services

We hold the sole right to modify the T&C without prior permission from You or informing You. The relationship creates on You, a duty to periodically check these Terms and stay updated on its requirements. If You continue to browse/use the Website following such a change, this is deemed as consent by You to the so amended policies.

The content of Orilite Life Spaces is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Submission and Administration of Listings/ Advertisements

User agrees not to submit any property descriptions, photographs, financial, contact or other information contained in each property's data to OLS unless the User submitting such a Listing/Advertisement has acquired and received all necessary rights and authorizations from the owner of such property or the power-of-attorney holder. In case a User is covered under the RERDA (The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, https://rera.rajasthan.gov.in/) it shall obtain all requisite approvals, licenses and permits issued by the competent authorities with respect to the Project/Land/Apartment/Plot in the listing, by following the due process of law. Further, the User shall, at all times, remain in compliance with all applicable Laws in relation to the Project/Land/Apartment/Plot in the listing. In case a User is covered under the RERDA, it shall obtain all requisite approvals, licenses and permits issued by the competent authorities with respect to the Project/Land/Apartment/Plot in the listing, by following the due process of law. Further, the User shall, at all times, remain in compliance with all applicable Laws in relation to the Project/Land/Apartment/Plot in the listing.

OLS shall have the sole authority to choose the manner in which any Property will be searchable, displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise used on OLS and OLS shall have the right to modify the property listing in the exercise of its rights under these terms and conditions.

While OLS shall take all reasonable efforts for data backup and business resumption, the User will be solely responsible for retaining back-up copies of all information, photographs and other materials furnished/submitted to OLS.

Payment Terms

Payments for the Services offered by Orilite Life Spaces shall be on a 100% advance basis. The payment for Service once subscribed to by the subscriber is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. Refund if any will be at the sole discretion of OLS. OLS offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Users card/bank accounts. User acknowledges and agrees that OLS, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to other rights and remedies that it may have under the applicable laws, shall be entitled to set off the amount paid or payable by a subscriber/user against any amount(s) payable by User to OLS under any other agreement or commercial relationship towards other products/services. OLS gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All is on a best effort basis and liability is limited to refund of amount only. OLS undertakes no liability for free Services. OLS reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice. All terms / disclaimers whether specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to them.

Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, brands, trade-marks and Service marks ("Marks") appearing in Orilite Life Spaces are the properties either owned or used under license by OLS and/or its associates. All rights accruing from the same, statutory or otherwise wholly vest with OLS/its associates. The access to Orilite Life Spaces does not confer upon the User any license or right to use in respect of these Marks and therefore the use of these Marks in any form or manner, whatsoever is strictly prohibited. Any violation of the above would constitute an offence under the prevailing laws of India.

OLS respects the Intellectual Property Rights of all, it has and will continue to adhere to all the laws applicable in India in this respect. OLS shall protect and respect the Intellectual Property Rights of the users as well as third parties to the best of its ability. In a case where a User(s) are found to be using Orilite Life Spaces as a platform to infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of others, OLS will be free to terminate this Agreement forthwith without any notice to the user.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Orilite Life Spaces does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. This is to be noted that the comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Orilite Life spaces, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Orilite Life Spaces shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the comments on this website. You hereby grant Orilite Life spaces a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

Restrictions/ Prohibitions

1. The following actions will inter alia constitute a misuse of Orilite Life Spaces and are strictly prohibited:

Utilizing the Services offered by Orilite Life Spaces in any manner so as to impair the interests and functioning of OLS and which is non-compliant with laws and regulations including RERDA.
Copying, extracting, downloading, sharing, modifying, selling, storing, distributing, making derivate works from or otherwise exploiting any content, data, information, including profiles, personal details, photographs and/or graphics, available on Orilite Life Spaces and/or any services or products of the OLS, in any manner or for any purpose which is not, consistent with in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

Users are expressly prohibited from using OLS and/or any content or data provided therein for:

Any commercial purposes such as creating alternate databases, extending access to Orilite Life Spaces to third parties without prior written consent of the OLS; and/or
Undertaking any business activity which is in competition with the business of OLS; and/or
Sharing access with persons who are not contracted with the OLS.
Reselling the products/services offered by the OLS.

Orilite Life Spaces may provide links to other third-party Websites or resources. OLS makes no representations whatsoever about any other website You may access through Orilite Life Spaces.

OLS will not be liable on account of any inaccuracy of information on this web site.
